Congress of Animals

Starting as a series of jam sessions between old friends, Congress of Animals is an informal collective of renowned kiwi songwriters and solo artists that slowly blossomed from an ad hoc hangout to full musical partnership.

Tracing lineage to many of NZ’s most loved bands, the group features Age Pryor, Justin Firefly, Bret McKenzie, Nigel Collins, Ben Lemi and Deanne Krieg, whose musical projects include Fly My Pretties, Trinity Roots, Flight of the Conchords and Pacific Heights to name a few.
